Sims 4 can't exit,save,bulldoze, and etc...

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.95.207.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I have the Seasons,Island Living, and Holiday Celebration..
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? The bug happens when the I go to build mode to bulldoze a lot, add house from the gallery, remove a household, and only rarely but sometimes save and exit.
What happens when the bug occurs? I won't have the option do "you want to save your game" or "are you sure you want to bulldoze this lot?"
What do you expect to see? Just a dimmed screen and no options!
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

So basically my buttons don't work right. Its kind of hard to explain this bug, but when I tried to bulldoze a lot I couldn't because the option are you sure want to bulldoze the plot didn't show up? This also is same for deleting a household and sometimes the managed worlds and save & exit as well.. All that happens is a dimmed screen the pop up button doesn't show up.?

    Try resetting your user files as described in the factory reset described in this post: http://answers.ea.com/t5/The-Sims-4/FAQ-Troubleshooting-Steps-amp-Known-Issues/m-p/3621199

    You won't loose anything. Just make sure to not delete any files  and make a backup.

    After renaming, repair your game by right clicking on the game in Origin.

    Try on a new game with nothing added back first (start new game). If it works, put back your save game and try again. If it still works, you can start putting stuff back.

    • Options.ini (or just re-set all your settings manually)
    • Tray Folder
    • Screenshots/Videos/Custom music
    • Rest of the save games (leave out slot_00000001.save which is the autosave and no longer needed - if you still have it)
    • Custom content like clothing, hair, skins, make up ....
    • ConfigOverride, if you have your own configuration files.
    • Mods (one by one, making sure they all still work)

    The rest does not need putting back, cause they are mostly cache files that recreate or log files that are not needed for the game.

    @crinrict     I forgot to mention I'm using the EA app not Origin how would I do that cause I tried repair it already and it didn't work?..

    @JaySnowy Just follow instructions and do a repair on EA app instead of Origin after you renamed the folders. The repair isn't the main part though. The creating a new user folder is.

    I'm not a computer genius I'm still confused and I don't work to break anything.. I need this broken more simple for me...

    @crinrictOk I did it I actually had to look it up on YouTube because I needed a break down of it. Just find out its one of my mods is causing it because its happening again... Its a shame though I have about 1000 CC/Mods that are not in curseforge app it really hard to find the right mod or cc that is broken or messed up, but thanks so much for your help.
