Sims 4 CAS not loading within game

Question

I've TRIED everything except finding corrupt CC because I just dont have the energy. I'm tempted to quit the game because NOTHING is solving it. I have over 7000 mods and can't find the problem.

So far, I have updated mods (Last week and again today), updated my laptop, updated the game (twice), updated my drivers, restarted my laptop (MANY times), removed a few mods, unlinked one drive, repaired my game, deleted duplicates and removed mods | have since January (it was working fine in January for sure).

What should I do?

If so, start with a clean folder:&nbsp;

Drag your whole Sims 4 folder from Document &gt; Electronic Arts to your desktop.
Launch Sims 4. You should get no list of mods on launch, and you should have no option to load a previous save. Reset your Options.
Start with New to make a test save.
Download&nbsp;one new CC item. Install that newly downloaded item in the newly created Mods folder and test again.

Your system will have it's own firewall/antivirus as well. Make sure it's not blocking the Mods folder.&nbsp;

I had to uninstall Mcaffe because my subscription ended or something but it's been happening at least for over a month (I put off fixing it until last week)
