Sims 4 cas taken forever and my phone is not showing up🤯🤯

I restarted Sims again at the many months I have no cuz not a lot of custom content on mods on my game and half the mods are updated but my Cas is taking forever and I cannot find my Sims cell phone and I feel like some of the Teen traits are gone what is going on this is a brand new game I just downloaded all the mods and everything been updated Sims what the freak is going on🤬🤬🤬
