Sims 4 CC and mods not showing up

HELP!

I recently installed Sims 4 with all the add-ons. I decided to install a lot of mods and CC, but when I entered the game I found nothing. The game does not have any additions or mods. I've already done everything, but nothing helps... I have restored Sims several times. Please help me!

If it's only CC, could you please screenshot your user folder and Mods folder?
I've got finally my answer from the french forum :D
I had to delete GameVersion.txt file, and now all it's workiiiinng! 🙂

I recently came back to my city and tried what you said. I did the antivirus thing and deleted the file GameVersion.txt. the game still does not recognize CC.
I also want to say that I am not a native English speaker and may not understand some things. please write as clearly as possible and without slang 😞

@luthienrising I checked something and now I can assume that Sims can't find the mods folder because he's looking for it in the wrong place. there is not enough space on my local C: drive for mods, so I moved it to another drive. These are just my assumptions.

I found this in the location of the screen shots.

@luthienrising update. I moved the files to the right folder, nothing has changed. maybe the problem is that I moved the Electronic Arts folder from disk C: to disk D:. but I also deleted the mods folder and created a new one. It's all very complicated and I'm still very upset

@luthienrising the EA app says that the source folder is located on the D: drive, and the "screenshots" tab in Sims says exactly the opposite

@vantyf Moving the user folder is not that simple. Info about how to do this is in the Sims 4 PC Tech Support forum. Being on a cracked game means we can't offer further support for you on doing this.
