sims 4 cc doesn’t work

hello people, so I just installed the sims 4 on my macbook with the free version the game is very good but I wanted to install cc so I installed quite a few I paid attention to that 'it is not too deep in the files and I activated custom content and mods when I launched the game everything worked fine except when I wanted to create a sim with my cc's there were only 4 that worked and it was only those of the face and it really annoys me so if anyone knows how to solve this problem it would be nice thank you
