There was a bug with this but that was fixed a while ago so is your game updated ? Mods/CC in your game ?

It's the "Meddlin’ and peddlin’" one. The only mod I have is MCCC and I did remove it and checked if that was the issue but it is not unfortunately. So, now I'm just kind of hoping that it expires, or I might just have to restart that specific save.
