Sims 4 crashes after Criminal Career Promotion

RESOLVED - ( It was some of sheabuttyr's hairs. If they were on when she went to work and got a promotion, the game would crash. I had to change her hair for work. I reinstalled sheabuttyr's hairs but I believe the problem is still in the hairs because when it is put on my sim (only a select few) it crashes after exiting cas. )

I'm new to this sort of thing so I apologize if I don't provide all the necessary details. I will do my best. 

I have all the packs besides journey to batuu. I have mods installed but I had updated all mods.  

My game keeps crashing after my sim promotes in her career. She is a Criminal 5 and is promoting. I want to get her into the Boss promotion that pays $106. Every time I load up the game and play the day through, it starts with the  "Congrats! Choose your path" screen, getting off that screen, the game running fine for about 5 seconds, and then closing without prompt. This only happens if I choose the boss path, not oracle. I am unable to save in that time because it closes before I can even press 'save.' This also happens if I cheat her promotion, via 'careers.promote Criminal.' Im unsure what to do since I have updated all my mods. Her career outfit is a custom one but I'm unsure if that changes anything (I've had more extravagant outfits in the past and those sims were able to promote just fine). I enjoy her being a criminal (never played this career) and want her to stay in this path but I really need a solution.
