Sims 4 error code 110:83165b0:9991fdc9

Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.109.207.1220
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Vampires, seasons, realm of magic, island living, holiday celebration pack, high school years, get together, get to work, get famous, discover university, city living, cats and dogs
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Im not sure because the issue came out of nowhere but it is error code 110:83165b0:9991fdc9. The bug first occurred when I went out from modifying a university roommate in CAS.
What happens when the bug occurs? I can't launch my household. The household has a "!" over it and when I try to launch it I get thrown out to worlds immediately and the error code appears on my screen. It says to relaunch the game, but that doesn't work and neither does taking out my mods. The household is a university housing.
What do you expect to see? I expect to get into the household and be able to play normally without getting thrown out or seeing the error code message
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

@39519c67ea30ed85 Please upload the actual file. And did anything actually go wrong when this happened? Does it happen if you test vanilla? Drag the Mods folder to the desktop (and/or rename it), delete the file called localthumbcache, open the game to test, and exit without saving.

I can't access my household, i try to play with my saved game (university) but the loading page never finishes concluding and the error pops up. I tried to create a new family and it is working, so i guess the problem is only in this save.
The error keeps happening even when i remove all the CCs in the Mods folder, also tried deleting the file called localthumbcache, as you sugested, but the same error appears... ☹️
I attached the LE file now, hope it works

@39519c67ea30ed85 Try these things:

- If you have Growing Together, get the Lumpinou mod Milestone Fixes and install it. This is needed if you remove CC associated with a milestone.

- If you had a custom career, especially a part-time or gigs one, check for updates and install those. Try a Save As as well.

- If you had a cooking/recipe mod, use Build mode to delete plates and food and/or put the mod back.

Heyyy, thanks for your help!!!
Idk what happened, i couldnt access my househould but i could access the city, so i tried moving my sim to another lot and it worked!
Now i have another problem haha maybe you can help me. Its the same family, im guessing theres a problem with this save, i hope theres a way to fix it..
My sims (a couple) won't realize ANY romantic interactions, only some of the most simple. Everytime i tell my sim to kiss, woohooo or whatever, they wont do it and the list of commands resets, and my MCCC notifies that there's an issue (an orange note).
I was using MCCC, MC Whoohoo and CCs (basically cas itens), already tried testing the game vanilla, but the message keeps appearing. I tried playing with another family and the problem didn't happened.

@39519c67ea30ed85 Try a "Save As" in case it's a simple error to clear up that way. If that doesn't work and it still happens true vanilla , a new post in Game Issues would be a good next step.
