Do you use anything like OneDrive or iCloud that might be altering what's in your folders?
Either way, you can do a 50-50 testing of that folder to narrow down the problem. See also the CC section of Previously Broken mods and CC
I do use OneDrive and I quit it so it wouldn't mess with my folders and it was still acting weird but I will try your solutions! Thank you.
