Sims 4 game options blank, also shows CC when there is no CC

So, at first I just had an issue where when I tried opening the game options in the game I couldn't see the contents of any tab and there was a red dot next to them. I thought it might've been my mod...

@Mopoke100  Did you uninstall the game before installing it again? Did you use a registry cleaner like ccleaner THEN install the game? The Windows uninstaller does not always do a good job. I sometimes use a unistaller called REVO uninstaller.
