@Mopoke100 Please list the file path for your saves as it shows in-game (as described in the link I posted before). Please also post the file path to the Mods folder that no longer has any custom content in it. You can get the full file path by right-clicking on the Mods folder and selecting Properties > General.
I don't think I can, I dont have any files in the sims 4 file that say saves or the mods folder

@Mopoke100 Then you're looking in the wrong place. And again, please just follow the instructions here:
https://sims4.crinrict.com/eng/2018/07/how-to-find-your-user-folder/
under the In Game tab, then list the exact file path you see. If you don't think you can, just do it anyway.

But the issue is that my game options are completely blank, I can't do or see anything in it

@Mopoke100 Are you saying you can't click Load Save? If you can click that, please do so, then hover over the folder icon next to the save name and copy the file path that shows there.
Whether or not you can do that, please also manually look for any mods. Open a File Explorer window, click This PC in the left panel, and double-click on the C drive. From there, open this path:
Users > [your username] > Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4
If you see a Mods folder inside, with actual mods inside that, move it to the desktop. If you get an error or a notice that files are being copied, let me know.
If you don't find a Sims 4 folder or the Mods folder inside it is empty, click OneDrive in the left panel of the File Explorer window, then open Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 and let me know what you see inside.
