Sims 4 game takes forever to load

Ive looked at other forums and I’ve done what they said to do. I’ve deleted all conflict mods from tray importer, deleted the conflicts that Better Exceptions said were conflicting. I moved the mods folder, sims 4 plays fine without the mods. I’ve repaired the game 3 times, deleted the local thumb cache. I’ve done everything i can think of and it still takes forever to load. I even did the 50/50 method and it still didn’t work. CAS works fine, but then when i go to actually try and play the household I can’t get past the household screen. If i do get past that screen, its when i click a plot and go to play on the plot that it literally takes hours on the loading screen. The loading screen doesn’t even freeze the plumbob just keeps spinning forever. I have a lot of cc, so it definitely has something to do with that.  I don’t know what to do.
