Sims 4 High school years not working and affecting other parts of the game

Question

Since loading High School Years last week, I have noticed that the sims can't use the phone at all or use the computer to find a career. Nothing connected to the High School pack is available in the build mode. The location that comes with the new pack is showing no available lots and the information about each area of the location is not loaded. I have no mods on my sims and never have had mods installed. This is also the day that I moved from Origin to the EA app

@Boysmum2  Try repairing your game through EA app by click on the three dots on the game and choosing repair.

Thank you for the suggestion. Did a repair and it has definitely sorted a whole heap of issues out. However, can't interact with High School Years pack at all. I can click on the world; I can now see descriptions of the suburbs, but it will not let me play the world at all. No lots are showing and no interaction with the pier etc.

Any further suggestions?

@Boysmum2  Is this on an existing save game or also if you start a new one ?
