@jodilp7 Hello, First of all, do you have an Custom Content or Mods added to your game? That is the biggest risk we run into when we add a new game pack, kit, or receive free stuff from EA or get updates/fixes for our game. With any of these our CC/mods can easily become corrupted or broken and will need to be updated by the creator of the mod/CC.
Additionally, you could try going into your EA app. On the left side of the screen, you will find your Sims 4 game listed. Click on the left side of that icon as to not enter into the game itself. Then on the right side of the screen you will see your Sims 4 game and will give you two options... Manage and Play. Select manage and then when the window drops down, select Repair. This will ensure all Sims 4 games including your latest purchases are installed and running correctly.
Hope this helps and happy simming!
