Sims 4 Medical Wearables Not Showing Up

Question

Helloo,so after the medical wearables update for some reason they haven't been showing up as a column in my game. When I updated and I couldn't find anything new I removed my mods. I saw the medical heart there and so that definitely means it was one of my mods causing the issue. The top surgery scars still show up in the game and the hearing aids only show up for kids in earrings. I removed more columns, I updated UI cheats, but the medical wearables column still doesn't show up in bodies or anywhere. Does anyone else have this problem or know what mod could be causing this issue??? Thank you ☹️

I had the same issue, for me was the mode CASunlock down now if you have it but thas was what I was causing the issue
