- @revscottyt There should be a Mods folder - not file - at Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4/Mods
If it’s not there even after playing the game, your game may be saving game files elsewhere. Check the location of your saves by hovering over one of the options in the load game menu. Have you enabled Mods in the Game Options? The Mods folder won't be created until you do so:
Yes, I did enable all the options on settings and it still hasn't shown after hours of play. Slightly boring without enabling the mods. Thanks!

Hovering - just hold the mouse icon there so the info pops up to read.
I have no mods installed because I have no mod file. I can save, but I don't have a mod file at all. Thank you

Hi @revscottyt When you do this sequence of steps, what is the full path of the folder it shows you?
- Start at the Main Menu in Sims 4
- Select Load
- Hold your mouse pointer over a game ("save") from the selections
