(Help) Sims 4 Mods Folder Missing When Installing Game.

Hey Everyone,

So I recently re-installed the Sims 4 on my laptop, and when I opened the game files, the mods folder was missing.

I tried uninstalling and re-installing the game on Steam and the EA Games platform, but with no success.

I'm a total newbie when it comes to modding stuff, so if anyone could tell me if the developers made some changes to the game files or if I did something I might have done wrong on my end, please let me know.
