Sims 4 mods issue

Hi guys! I need your help finding out what is wrong with my certain sims 4 mods. I wanted to delete these 2 mods (one is Galaxy default eyes which i don't even know when i downloaded and the other one is teeth which turned out to be green and yellow) My townies are randomly using these 2 mods and making my sims look broken so bad. I tried Better Exceptions and mod manager to find where these 2 mods are but i couln't find them anywhere. It's not in my mods file...i will upload the sreenshop of the 2 mods.

    @ganclaire Have you use Sims 4 Studio before? You can use it to go through your Mods folder, and it'll show you what each item looks like. I've used it to cull my CC before.

    If you don't want to try that, use the instructions in this post to generate a list of your mods/CC, and I'll have a look through it to see what I can find: How to Use Mods and CC . It might not be till tomorrow, though.
