Sims 4 my adult looks like an elder!

Hi! I’m a sims 4 player and when my sims become an adult they get wrinkles. Normally I could remove them but now they are permanent and I can’t get rit of them. I’m really sad because my adult sims look like elders! EA please contact The Sims about this issue!
