Sims 4 Packs Are Installed But Don't Show In Build/Buy Tags

Hi!

Several recent packs - both the pool/swimwear kit, the modern luxe kit, and the home chef hustle stuff pack are not showing up in game properly. The items are in my game! But they have no pack icon, and trying to filter for them using the build/buy pack filter or the CAS filter does not work as they have no icons there. They also show as blank blue rectangles in the main menu.

I have tried clearing cached files, removing all mods, even a couple full reinstalls of the game. Nothing seems to be working to get them to show up as normal. I can still use the items in game but I cannot filter for them which makes it hard to find the specific items I'm looking for. They do not show up under Base Game either, they ARE tagged as something non-base-game but do not have any pack icons and the packs they are from do not show up in the filter.

Anyone have any idea how to fix this? I've been looking but I can't find anyone else with this specific issue.

Since you are using mods, you might have one that hasn't been updated since those packs were released and are preventing the visuals from showing up.  All three of those packs show up correctly in my game.

Also, on your 1st pic, you show the top of the filter selection, not further down where the names for those packs would show up.  All 3 show up on my filters.  Modern Luxe doesn't show in the CAS filters and swimwear kit doesn't show in the build/buy filter.  Both are showing correctly since Modern Luxe has no CAS items and the swimwear kit has no build/buy items.  All items have their respective pack tags on them in the CAS and build/buy catalogs too.  The filters all work as well.

When you reinstalled the game, did you let the game create a new user folder and copy your saves from your old user folder to the new one?  Or did you just use the entire old user folder?  The issue is in your user folder more than likely so the best thing you can do is to let the game create a new one and then copy your saves, tray (if you want to save your Library), screenshots (if you have any you want to save), your configoverride folder (if you use any) then test to see if the packs show up.  If they do, then move in your mods folder and test again to see if the packs still show up.  If they don't, a mod is the problem.  Then it's just a matter of going through your mods to find the problem file.

    Hope this helps.
