Sims 4 Parenthood

@dbatcjm Hello!  I'm wondering if your issue is related to a mod.  I tested it in my game but didn't see the "accept as father" option nor the issues you described.  I had a sim get pregnant by Male 1, then began a relationship with Male 2.  All three sims are in the same household.  When the baby was born, there were no parental options for the baby.  When the baby aged up to toddler, the only parental option was under Toddler care which was the option for Male 2 to "adopt as care dependent".  The toddler made a mess and both Male 1 and Male 2 had the option to discipline the toddler.  Looking at the sim profiles, Male 1 has the "father" relationship and Male 2 has the "caregiver" relationship.  Male 2 does not have a "non-biological father" label.  In the genealogy, Male 1 shows as the father and Male 2 does not appear at all.
