Sims 4 Shader Lists& possibility of help on getting alpha editable hair to work?

This is ridiculous. I need custom hair. I don't need toddlers, I don't need pools, CaSt or whatever else, but to block the community from freely creating their own content for the game is absolutely a dealbreaker for me in continuing to play this game.
