Sims 4 stuck on loading screen after July 2022 update

I'm so distraught and stressed at this point I'm at a loss for words.

Essentially, since the new update, every time I start up the game and want my sims to move households, the game gets stuck on an infinite loading screen.  Just, will not load.  I consider myself a techy person.  I've tried everything.

Things I've tried:

-Restarting the game

-Restarting my computer

-Close every other application open on my computer

-Reset the EA folder

-Repair the game

-Start a new save

-Use a broken mod finder to get rid of all broken script mods

I literally don't know what else to do.  I can't get it to load for the life of me.  If anyone has any ideas please tell me, I'm losing my mind.
