Sims 4 stuck on loading screen after July 2022 update

@ZoeySam1  Have you tested with no mods present at all?  If not, please do so now.  And have you tried moving the sims to a different lot instead?

If that doesn't or didn't help, try moving your sims through the Manage Worlds screen instead, just to see whether it works.
