sims 4 trait menu in cas not showing up.

Hello, I'm having this very frustrating problem in The Sims 4 where the trait menu in Create-A-Sim isn't showing up. I can't choose any traits manually and I just have to randomize the traits until ...

Hi, I'm currently having the same problem. I've tried deleting mods, repairing the game and taking out my sims 4 folder from the electronics arts map. nothing has worked so far
