@Toldyousew Could you upload the exception file, please? You can attach it to a reply here. Also, have you tested with no mods/CC?

Unable to open sim profile
When I click on relationships and I hover over a person the "open profile" doesn't open up. I am unable to read more into the particular relationship tidbits about friends/soulmates/partners.
