Are you using a mod manager that isn't Curseforge? Nothing should be renaming your files like this. Any renaming of files by a mod manager can lead to duplicates (and you've got a duplicate there of the Aladdin set), but this is pretty special. Whatever software is renaming your files needs to go.
@luthienrising I did have sims 4 mod manager downloaded but just deleted it. its never caused any issues before though
