@SimSeeker The game doesn’t keep track of mod status, so if you’re getting a notice to update a mod that notice is itself coming from a mod - either the mod the notice is about, or possibly a mod management mod.
If you’re sure you have the latest version of the mod - maybe try redownloading it if you haven’t - try removing other mods to see if the message goes away.

I have noticed that this one mod had another folder outside the mods one in the Sims 4 folder. I deleted what was in that, and it work. I didn't get the same message again.

@SimSeeker If you run into further issues with that mod, I'd suggest heading to its installation instructions. Sometimes that other folder is something that belonged in Tray, for example, to provide a venue in-game that the mod uses.
