sims 4 wont launch because of cc

So ive been playing the Sims 4 for a couple months now off of EA Play, and I just renewed by subscription. I tried to open the game this morning but it wouldn't open, so I went to google to try to find what the problem was. I started with reseting my game. I made the backup folder and did all the steps right and reset the game, but that didnt work so then I went to the EA help page to try and find out what was happening. I deleted my saves folder and my mods folder in the original sims 4 folder and moved the saves folder from the backup back into the original sims 4 folder. I booted up the game and it worked perfectly fine. So I knew the problem was in my mods folder. I have a couple script mods and a butt load of CC. But the thing is, before I renewed my EA Play subscription, I had just downloaded a TON of cc the night before, and the game was working fine before I downloaded the cc. I deleted all the cc from that night but the game still isnt working. Can somebody help please I really don't want to delete all of my mods and cc because I love them all so much, is there any way I could find out specificly what cc is making my game not run? Ive also tried the conflict detectors and they dont say any of the files are corupted
