Sims 4 wont launch

I had this problem for a long time, but I managed to fix it. It was a problem with my some of my mods so I deleted them, but today I downloaded some more mods and the game stopped launching. So then I deleted those mods and it still wouldn't launch. I literally have no idea what's wrong with my game.. I've reinstalled both EA and the sims 4 game on steam (where I launch it from), but EA just refreshes every time I launch it. I've literally done every fix I can think of, clear EA's cache, restart it, reinstall, I've even restarted my computer and uninstalled everything yet it never launches. No youtube videos are helpful and no forum posts have helped my problem either.
