Sims 4 wont let me put mods in after I’ve tried resetting and everything

So everyone’s mods are working on their sims 4. I have un clicked enable mods and custom content and resting it and everything and nothing is working at all. I have downloaded the new Mc command center and everything and nothing will not work for me. I even deleted sims and re downloaded it. Nothing will not work. I need help cause it’s making me upset. Please I need advice!!
