Sims appearing with broken cc texture without any mods or cc installed

I opened my game recently and my sims were appearing with a broken cc texture. I removed my mods and cc and repaired and updated the game but the issue is still happening. They only appear with the broken texture in the UI panel but look normal during gameplay. They aren’t wearing any cc and all mods and cc have been removed from game. How do I fix this issue?
