Sims can't grab servings of meals and Sims 4 forum issues

I have noticed in game that my sim can not grab a serving of certain meals. The garden salad is a constant. The other foods are a sometimes or it's a one off and I haven't seen it again. (or it's just not happened twice as of yet) I do have Better exceptions and MCCC but not much else. 
My game is all up to date. I don't have any broken mods or CC and it's running fine except that particular issue. 

Also note: When I click sign into the main page for this forum it tells me I am banned but if I click a link on the main page and don't sign in till I get where I want to be then I can sign in fine. Whats up with that? 

I'm not banned I've only posted like 3 times since I joined in here years ago.

    My sims also cannot take servings from the garden salad/meals. I have no mods or CC installed. So frustrating!

    @JaideMoon @MorbidMorke If this is happening without mods/CC, please post to Bug Reports . It's definitely not normal, especially if it's specific to one dish and the dish is in a normal counter spot where it's accessible, with nothing blocking the way (do test that!).
