Sims don't go to work

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.93.129.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? None, Just the Base Game
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When you make your sim go to work/school
What happens when the bug occurs? Everytime when my sim's time to go to work and when i click 'Go to Work' a popup shows up and it says [Miss Work?] *Sim's Name* is already at work his/her boss may not think of him/her well at skipping work bla bla bla. Everytime i click go to work this always pops up. even doe when i click yes or no after the pop up they still wont go to work. And after that a bubble chat shows up in my sims head and its like its saying that something is blocking there way. there is even no objects near that would even block their path. it all works fine before even with mods but after installing some this provlem showed up but idk which mod causes it to make sims wont go to work.
What do you expect to see? Sim would vanish and do his/her work
