@Sophieee09 Have you let the game generate a new Mods folder yet? If not, please do so now: move the existing Mods folder to the desktop and start the game to create a new one. Then move over one or two files: put them directly into Mods, not inside a subfolder, and let me know how it goes.
If some of your files don't work in the new Mods folder, then unfortunately there's nothing left to do except download them again.

@Sophieee09 If Controlled Folder Access is active, please set exceptions for TS4_x64.exe and EADesktop.exe.
