i have the same problem, my triplet sims are also the grim reapers kids, and they just became teens. after i leave cas, their faces keep on morphing into a weirdly short face and their eyes become really small. please let me know if you found a way to fix it, or if you found the mod causing this
@BasiaUrban Test with no mods (see vanilla ). There's a good chance this is a game bug.
