The mod for me that was causing it was the 'No Bathroom Chat' by deadlystingnyc

It may not be the mod itself, it may be conflicting with another but after removing, it is no longer happening (:

Have the same issue. It's either sitting outside on benches no matter what kind of lot. Or reading books, and it's both played sims and NPCs. Have not been able to find the culprit of the issue yet. This occured on the last Sims update as well.
