luckyj2013​ This sounds very much like a broken mod, in particular like a broken 18+ mod, and we can't give you status info on those here. 

You'll need to test by renaming your Mods folder and deleting the file called localthumbcache. For support with mods that break the game rating, you'll need to go elsewhere.
