sims not loading
Hii So basically my sims 4 haven't been working since I last updated the game (2023.12.05.) The game loads but if I try to open the game options menu it just shows me a white window with 3 okay butt...

Hey it's not just you apparently a lot of us are getting the same error message, or lack there of. Mine is doing the same exact thing as yours. I have also tried uninstalling and repairing the EA app as well with no luck. This website is showing everyone else who has reported similar issues. Very unfortunate, I believe the EA app is just down at the moment and we will just have to wait for the patch. I miss being able to play SIms4 on Origin; never had this many issues when playing on their server. 😞
