Sims portraits are too small

No‌I have a big family of 8 sims on my lot, when they were only 7 the portraits looked fine but now that I've reached the limit amount they are incredibly small and hard to see. Please help!

@Spaacetrip This is unlikely to be related to mods/CC and more likely just the game fitting 8 Sims in. You can, though, test without mods to confirm that: Move (not copy) the Mods folder to the desktop (or rename it), delete the file called localthumbcache, open the game to test, and exit without saving.
