you should try the 50/50 method - remove half of your mods and load the game. If the bug is gone, it means one of the mods you removed was the problem. Keep doing that until you narrow it down.

Yeah, I tried that and turns out there's multiple giving the same bug. So I'm just starting my modpack over, either way it doesn't really bug me since I use mod manager and can download stuff really fast from my favorite creators. Every so often I'll pop into the game and make sure there's no bugs with what I'm currently downloading.
