Sims unable to use stoves and ovens amongst other issues

My sims can’t finish cooking due to what I believe to be a bug. Stoves, ovens, microwaves and espresso machines unable to be used. I’m also having issues with laundry not being able to get done and t...

I’m sorry I’m new to dealing with issues like this, so I’m not quite sure what you mean. When I open my cache folder the only file in there is the spotlight en us one or whatever it’s called. Does that entire folder need to be deleted?

@savannah0413 In Electronic Arts > The Sims 4, there's a file (not folder) named localthumbcache. Delete that every time you remove or replace a mod or CC.
