Sims won't feed toddlers from highchair command or clean highchair

Question

&nbsp;1. Click on the highchair, select which toddler to feed and it doesn't pop up with food so they won't feed the toddler unless the toddler ASKS a Sim.2. After the toddler makes a mess of the highchair click on the highchair to polish it to perfection, or clean energetically, and the option is not available to click. It's there but faded out as an option. You can only give food (it will let you click that but the box with food options does not pop up) or drink. I haven't checked if the drink works yet. The toddler must ask Sim to feed them, then it's just potluck from there.Sims version: 1.89.214.1030

What does the faded out option say if you hove over it ?

The words are there, "polish to perfection" "clean energetically" "clean with vigor", etc depending on the Sim, but they are unclickable.&nbsp;

I am having the same problem. When you hover over the cleaning option, it says “[name of highchair] in use” whether there is a toddler in it/plates on it or not, so it is always registering as in use even when empty and the only solution is to buy a new high chair every 2-3 meals.
