Sims won't stop kissing my sim

I have been playing the sims 4 for a while and never has the sims roommate situation have been this extreme. I have Life's Tragedies, McCommand Center, Hoe it up, Extreme Violence, and an accurate childbirth mod. I started reexploring the University extension pack again and all the roommates my sim gets won't stop harassing my sim and at one point kissed my sim on the lips when she isn't interested, and I don't know how to stop them. I have checked the mods and none of them should be doing this and they wouldn't even have anything to do with that except mccommand center and I have tried doing what people say to make sims stop automatically forcefully kiss my sim on the lips and none stop flirting with her and it won't stop. I do want to stress that it isn't a different animation it is just another sim that my sim doesn't know other than as a roommate walking up to her and kissing her or walking up to my sim and immediately flirting with my sim none stop. I have tried without mods just now and it didn't stop. My sim just random got kissed by her roommate without warning. does anyone else have this problem. I have tried mods to make them not do this but nothing works.
