cucinka386 I'm going to get you to do this set of steps to see if it solves your issue:
- Drag your whole Sims 4 folder from Document > Electronic Arts to your desktop and rename it.
- Run a Game Repair in the EA App. (If you use Steam, the equivalent is Verify Integrity.)
- Launch Sims 4. You should get no list of mods on launch, and you should have no option to load a previous save. If you DO get a load option, please let me know!
- Reset your Options. (You won't be copying that file back.)
- Start with New to test if your issue recurs in a new game.
If that works, start putting old content back:
- Exit and copy files out of your old Saves folder into the new Saves folder. Important: Don't just copy the old folder! You want to use the newly created folders.
- Launch Sims 4 and use Load to select an older save to test.
If that works, there's a good chance your issue was, in fact, mods.
