sims4 engagement party bug

Hi

Now my two engaged Sims freeze at their engagement party, everyone else carries on dancing or drinking but not these guys, clicking on them does nothing and trying to click on Bar/ drinks toast bucket has no effect, they just literally stand there looking around.

I have no CC and I have updated my game after the last patch.  Game been lagging since then!
