Sliders showing in game but not in mods folder

I have been trying to remove what I assumed is the Luumia Height Slider from my mods folder for a while now. But i can't find it for the life of me. It doesn't show up when I type the name of the fil...

The file could have been renamed or could be merged with another mod.
