Social pie menu missing text

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? I have every game packs beside Journey to Batuu, every stuffs packs and every expansions beside Growing together and Horse Ranch
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I dunno, it's a bug that I have on my side.
What happens when the bug occurs? My social pie menu doesn't show properly. Instead of text, I have to guess what the icons means since the buttons only show "..." And for some options the buttons are just empty. (See the screenshots)
What do you expect to see? That my social pie menu show properly so I can see the text in the buttons please.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. I had this problem since the patch for Growing Together with the new social pie menu.

So since the patch for Growing Together, my social pie menu doesn't show properly. Instead of text, next to the icons it only show "...".
For some options the buttons are just empty. (See the screenshots)
