Solved: Little Ms Sam Foster Mod Issues?

I downloaded this mod today hoping to use it to foster pets. The description says it does. When I pull it up on my sim's phone, the only option that I can click on is the first one to register to foster children. The pets ones and all others are grayed out. I do have the Cats and Dogs EP. Does anyone know if there's a known issue?

I asked about the issue on LittleMsSam's Discord chat and got my answer. There isn't an issue with the mod. I just needed to add a pet food bowl to my sim's house for the option to become clickable.
