Specific Household causing infinite loading screen

I've done about any troubleshooting thing recommended and the game still won't load a specific household. I go into the game and load the save with no difficulty, I've even been able to edit some out...

@GravityGallifrey I tested your family and can duplicate the issue

The LE suggests an error with milestones.

@GravityGallifrey Hi, I also have this issue in my game with just one specific household unable to load, not sure if it may be corrupted but every other household is perfectly fine. Prior to the update I had placed some new cc I had downloaded into the household’s home so I’m unsure whether maybe this caused the issue?

Could somebody please help me as I’m stuck on how to fix this.

@girlyfuneral If you delete the new CC and the localthumbcache file, does the household load?

  @luthienrising unfortunately it hasn’t worked, i’ve tried exactly what you’ve said to do and i’m still having the same issue.
  i’m also realising logging in today though that some of my newer cc downloaded from 2 days ago has disappeared, and some cc i had deleted has reappeared.

    @girlyfuneral Do you have a last exception file?
